Billing issue
On my May 2015 statement i have an amount of R727.50 30 days overdue (Due to MTN not debiting my account at the end of April) Then they have the nerve to charge me R11.40 for an Admin RD - which i would like to see the fact that they even had tried to retrieve the funds from my account. (The hassle dealing with MTN outweighs the R11.40 hence i left it but since i am complaining i would like to see that the debit was returning unsucessful.<br> <br> In June 2015, my statement had no overdue amounts, just a current balance of R1557.86.<br> <br> In July 2015, my statement had no overdue amounts, just a current balance of R1027.21<br> <br> I understand the statement balance is the amount which is going to be debited at the end of the month as well as the amount of the current month which will be debited at the end of the following month.<br> <br> Today (Monday - 17/8/2015) i receive a sms stating my outgoing call facility has been suspended and i need to pay R730.40 immediately,<br> <br> I would like to see where this is from and how dare you suspend my like due to your incompetence of not debiting my account on time - if that is even the case, when my debit went off on 1 August!<br> <br> I would like an explaination!

We apologize for the delayed response and for any inconvenience incurred.
Please be advised that we have debited the account R719.00 this is for the May invoice and this debit order returned unpaid, the system will add the R11.40 for the unpaid debit. The balance will be then R727.40 with code 04 meaning that the payment has been stopped at the bank. You need to follow up with the bank why the debit payment has not gone through.
The system bill the account in arrears. The account balance on the 3-7-2015 R1569.26 the balance returned unpaid added .Invoice for July added balance R2596.47 on 20-7-2015. Debit payment received for R838.86. Account balance R1757.61 on 31-7-2015. Invoice for August added balance R2476.61 on 20-8-2015. Debit payment for R1757.61 received, the account balance now R719.00.
