Billing Incorrect
I have been communicating with MTN for the past 6 months and to date they have failed dismally to help me. All i need to know is why my statements are different to what MTN has on their systems. My Closing balance in April showed a credit balance of R4366.47 and Opening balance showes R2968.47. I have done manual calculations which shows that i dont owe mtn and mtn is failing to solve this. Everytime i call they give me a reference number and am told they are escalating. They say i had a previous contract which i owed and this is nonsense cause if that was the case they were not going to close my contract or open a new one. I dont owe my previous contract. My phone was suspended last month and yet i dont owe mtn, you are failing to respond to what happend to my money and yet you suspend my calls. I have got 4 reference numbers which are not resolved. Please sort this out MTN

01 Feb 2018, 12:18Mtn the statement you sent doesnt make sense at all. I didnt owe anything and if i did why did mtn wait 14 years and deduct this amount when i was paying my contract in advance. The invoices and statements i have from mtn from month one dont show this amount that i am supposedly owing and all of a sudden there's money owed. So you let me open more contracts with me owing from 2002 this doesnt make sense. MTN please can you credit my account with what you owe me. I need an explanation of this.
