Billing inaccuracies and no feedback on MTN Active queries created

I have three contracts with MTN and every month since May the creditors department is incorrect invoicing me amounts that don't agree to my signed contract at MTN Midrand Boulders branch. The contracts are for the following cellphones:

-073141.... (R99.00 only data contract for 24 months) - MTN incorrectly invoiced in May & June.

- 084580.... (R649.00 MTN minutes + mobile for 24 months + Insurance) - MTN incorrectly invoiced in June.

- 083252... (R99.00 MTN minutes + mobile for 24 months ) - MTN incorrectly invoiced in June.

It seems MTN is taking advantage of my account A ********** credit balance due to refund amount due to me on ***** related incident that was rectified by MTN Head Office ***** Department. I want my credits passed for May June accordingly or you will refund my money in cash in my bank account. I thought it will be simple for MTN to debit my monthly invoices against credit instead of debiting my bank monthly. Provide feedback to me within 72 hours. Refer to these reference numbers on MTN Active which have not been addressed:

- Reference ********** 28 created 28/04/2016

- Reference ********** 32 created 28/04/2016

- Reference ********** 50 created 15/06/2016

- Reference ********** 81 created 20/06/2016

- Reference ********** 01 created 28/06/2016

- Reference ********** 48 created 28/06/2016

- Reference ********** 93 created 28/06/2016

Reply to all those queries in email and telephonic conversation on ********** 147. This service is pathetic and consider escalating this to Head Office if not resolved urgently.

Hi Itumeleng,
Thanks for the feedback, i will check my account statement for the processed R260 credit. But i feel that you did not address the June statement billing queries for the ********** 147 number.
The ********** 147 bill is R842.69 (including the pro-rata insurance of R49.68), the credit charges amounting to R144.00 were not deducted from the R842.69. So the invoice for this number is R698.69 (R649.00 as per signed contract and R49.68 pro rata insurance). Kindly explain this difference between R842.69 and my calculation of R698.68?
I trust the invoices for 13 July 2016 will correctly reflect R99.00 for the ********** 453 and R99.00 for the ********** 241 as a full month will have passed.
Kindly reply on this query for the ********** 147 as i'm seeing that R49.68 was charged prorata for the contract.
