BILLING HUGE AMOUNT FOR DATA NOT USE

I have received a R12 000 bill from Mtn, when I went to look at the summary the one cellphone number sim card that is currently in the safe we were billed over R3 000.00 for Data???? How is that possible and the other number R3900 when we have a bundle and no way would we spend more that. Now I need o wait to get itemised billing to proceed. My husband and a friend have also received huge bills for data how is that possible. <br>
