Billing Horrors: Round 2

MTN over billed me for the 2nd month in a row. They send me messages claiming to have solved my invoice but it's just lies. My invoice states the correct amount but a day before the debit order they send a message to debit with a different amount. I'm getting sick of this and I feel disrespected as a loyal customer for the past decade.
