Billing Horror
MTN keeps on overbilling me and I let it slide because its usually small amounts. Now they go on to bill me R1411 instead of R941. It's getting out of hand now cause they never solve anything like they promise to. They tell me they can't change it and unfortunately this is over my budget and now I have to suffer for their incompetence. Can I report this kind of practice somewhere? This is *****ing

04 Dec 2018, 20:46I did contact them and they offered no assistance whatsoever so writing on Hello Peter was my last resort because I was left frustrated and I was told that if I don't pay the R1411, my account will be blocked. Is that how you treat your loyal customers?
