billing *****
i wrote a review on the 24/11/2018 and it was about my billing and the service i received from the customer care department and i receive a response about the customer service and nothing about my billing
i am being charged R 431.00 but my package is for R 199.00 because some one open my cap without me authorising that i refuse to pay for that and can some one please attend to the issue and stop with the run around as i am being charged for something i did not agree to
