For the past two years I have been a Loyal paying customer and only recently I have had problems with my debit order and to my surprise my bill was TRIPLED. <br> <br> I have been trying to call the call center for 2 weeks now to sort this issue and i have also sent emails and went to the branch and my issue is still not being attended.<br> <br> The branch in Randburg Square was just pathetic they referred me to the call center knowing very well that the call center does not answers phones. <br> <br> I need this issue to be sorted out immediately and for my contract to be cancelled before I involve my lawyer.
