Billing for a cancelled service

I have submitted two self-service online requests on MTN SP website as I will not deal with call centre. Nobody has come back to me. Surprise, surprise. I asked MTN SP to refund me for a data service I cancelled ages ago. The data usage every month on the account is zero.

I would like somebody at MTN SP to rectify this and pass the credit. Thank you.

Hi Alice,
Thanks for the prompt response. The cancellation was done at the store when I upgraded on ********** . I signed a contract cancellation form. I unfortunately can't find a copy of this document.
I don't think it is unreasonable that you see that no data was used from this point on and this reflects my assumption that the services had been cancelled as requested.
Contractually you are covered by the cancellation terms and conditions. I understand that. My relationship with you over the last 17 years is that I use your services and I pay you for them. I have been billed for a service I have not used at no expense or loss to you. I think we both know that this is now really about the integrity of your business and the way that you see me as a customer. I am hoping fairness and integrity will win over your contractual high ground.
Thanks Alice
