Billing, Faulty device, Contract no Cancelled
Issue 2 - MTN new iPhone 6 S 16GB contract - Faulty device on mobile number ***

I took the phone back to the store on Monday 16th November (well with in the 10 days) warranty period. I was told I will get the phone on Friday 20th November. I have not received the phone still.
I was debited on my account for the iPhone an amount of R409 odd including pro-rata which is fine.

2 weeks down the line I still don't have a phone.
I went to the MTN store today to find that a log was only open on the 30th November to have the phone looked into/repaired. ABSOLUTE HORROR.

I now want to cancel this new iPhone contract with immediate effect. I have stopped your debit orders and they will not go off my account.
MTN is by far the worst Network provider. I want nothing to do with MTN.

I'm well with in my MTN terms and conditions and consumer rights to have the contract cancelled and get my refund.

I called *** while at the store to submit my cancellation. I spoke to Tremain Carey who send an e-mail to your retentions department. I was given the following reference ***.

I want this contract, actually both contracts cancelled with immediate effect.
