Billing Errors and over charging
I had a very bad experience with MTN for my November bill,they over charged me unnecessarily with no1 willing to explain where the overcharging is coming from.I payed the amount i signed for and currently I keep on receiving statements with outstanding amount that I dnt know where it comes from,no1 is willing to explain all this frustrating issue.
