Billing error of R19,903 not fixed by MTN

I have been incorrectly billed on 1 May to the value of R19,903. This is just shocking. No feedback received.

Apparently the issue is with the billing supervisor.

I am literally speechless. It is 4 days later and the error hasn't been rectified as yet.

Shocking.
