BILLING ERROR NO FEEDBACK
To whom it may concern<br> <br> I submitted a hello peter in October regarding wrong billing. I was given an itemised billing report on the 22nd October. The report does not make sense to me. As it does not tell me what device or number used my wi fi. This does not help because as I mentioned I normally pay R165 per month but in the month of September I was charged R2754.69.<br> <br> Also as per Alice's response the billing was meant to be validated by the billing department by the 2nd November. But I never received feedback.<br> <br> Please can someone assist as this is ridiculous as this was about 17 times my normal rate which is *******.<br>
