Billing Error
I have has an ongoing problem with MTN for about 4 months now. I have been to the store where I originally got my contract from, they promised to have the query resolved, however here we are and nothing has been done about it, other than MTN unblocking my line and updating my billing information on my invoices, which is still to this day incorrect.
I have spoken to the law department and all the provided me with were a bunch of useless reference numbers.
My contract clearly states that I am supposed to pay R169 a month for my tablet yet they are wanting to charge me R400 for the tablet.
It doesn't matter what I do nobody can help me to resolve the matter and I refuse to pay money to MTN that I do not owe them.
How can a company be this ***********? When the customer clearly has the documentation to prove what is owed.
They have now sent me a bill for R1799 because according to them I have not paid the contract.

We do require the MTN account number for assistance.
Please email the contract copy to our customer care support team to log the request with the billing support team to correct the package, once package is corrected the account will be credited for the difference in subscription fees.
