Billing Error
Thnx for the query that you have tried to resolve that I raised some months back, though I aint happy 100% about the out come, was told that I had to pay R500 of which I do not understand its for what bacause I was told that according to the investigations the person eho is guilty is known, so I do not know why the R500 has to be paid by me instead of the guilty person... I will pay it and hope that it will make yall happy and make a diffrence in your year turn over, and wish to say that never will be an MTN customer afain in ma life especial contract one... Thank you MTN....
