billing dispute

I always have problems with you guys when it comes to data charges billing. I just took out a new contract with you which is not even a 1 month old and already having problems. I got an sms saying my data bundle has been depleted not even up to 2 weeks. It's not like I have been downloading anything. I even took the tablet to the office to update all my stuff via WiFi. When I got this sms, I checked my balance using *141#, got a message back saying I have data. Still not completely satisfied, I called your customer care on 808 and the lady that spoke to me said that she can see that I have the same data bundle balance from here side. I even loaded extra data just to see what will happen. Now you send me an Invoice of Almost r700 extra data charge and you expect me to pay for it? You guys are not fair. The other day, you sent me an sms saying data bundle depleted again even though I have data on my tablet. This issue needs to be resolved. I want allow you access to my bank account. I called your call center on the 11th and 16th October to clarify this before seeing your outrageous bill now

Hello gbengulo,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it has caused.

The system shows that an email was sent with the Call Data records attached on 2015-10-19. The charges for the invoice dated 2015-10-13 have been validated correct as per the sim serial number provided and usage was generated directly from this sim number.

If you are connecting via Wi-Fi, we advise that you switch off cellular connection or data billing services, as the device always looks for the strongest connection/signal. This means it switches to data billing automatically if the Wi-Fi signal is weak or you move outside of the Wi-Fi radius.

Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.

Regards,
Ayanda
