Billing Disaster
I had upgraded 2 of my contract in April.
1. Data usage for that weekend shot up to R3k. I had reported this to customer services and only got a credit of R1k, however my average for 2 years had never exceeded R300 pm. I had opened the case again an no credit was passed. There is still R 2k credit to be passed.
2.Voice calls: - Why do I have to pay extra for promotion Fee? This is not a promotion if I am paying a Fee other than my standard contract.

Thank you for your post
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused as result of the breakdown in the service delivery in one of our touch points.
The amount that was credited in correct. I will lodge another query to further investigate the data charges. This unfortunately cannot be done immediately as our Billing department is not available at the moment. Once they are back and fully operational a query will be logged.
A promotional service fee is an amount that you get charged if you have taken a handset that is not on the price range of your contract. e.g. If the contract taken issues a Nokia lumnia and the customer decides to take an Iphone 6, the extra costs will be charged as promo service fee.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
Regards
Lungi
