Billing Date
I was a customer with Nashua Mobile. At the time, the payment for the account was due by the 7th of the next month - I always made sure to pay before the last day of the month. Nashua Mobile customers were handed over to MTN SP Direct (no consultation done), and now their business rules dictate that cash payments be made within 21 days (I refuse to set up a debit order - in the short time I've been with MTN, they proved that their incompetence is unrivaled). I never agreed to pay my account within 21 days

We have now logged a request with our Billing System Support team to assist with changing your billing date to a later billing date (13th of every month) to allow you to pay the account on the last day of the month. The reference number for the request logged is REQ:***.
