Billing compliant

I have three contracts with MTN, and when I started the contract the debit order date was on the 15th of every month. However, in 2014, I changed jobs and I requested that the pay date be changed to the first of every month. I went to MTN St Georges mall in Cape Town where I took out my contracts and the consultant requested for it to be changed again, this took almost a year. Eventually I realized for three months I was being double debited, on the first and on the 15th of every month, so once again, I went back after reversing the debit order for the 15th, because I was paying mtn twice a month. So, as the consultant explained, that the person who handle the query in head office did not change the debit date, but they added and debit date. In June, I received a bill of R4800, I have queried it, and it's not been resolved. Since then every week my line gets cut and I have to call to or email to have it reactivated. So, I went back to the MTN and they're now under new ownership, just my luck, the new manager said he would have this resolved and gave me a number to call him or email and he would reactivate my line in the interim till this issue is resolved. All I want is an explanation for the R4800, because my usage is capped, when my data or minutes run out I have to physically purchase more. But the manager Morne doesn't reply to my emails, has not resolved the issue nor does he answer my calls. Short Market street MTN has been taken over by Cosmonet and Morne has vowed that he will assist! This has not happened, my line is down again and he is yet to call back or assist in the matter. I have called the call centre where I'm put through from one department to the next because no one has a clue as to what's happening. I want this resolved. So, if there is anyone out there who has any tips or ideas, please let me know as well! I 'll really appreciate it.
