Billing Cancelled Contracts!!! *****ing

Following the arrogance of Thembi Hlongwana I pushed for cancellation of the contract. got the settlement amount and paid the settlement amount, sent proof of payment to Nonzuzo Sefelo, David Msiba and Ande Mashinini, I was then assured the number is cancelled and I was able to pott the number to Cell C.<br> <br> I tried calling MTN contract department and their voice prompt say the number is not a valid contract number, I was pleased thinking that the number has finally been cancelled and removed from MTN. <br> <br> Obviously I was ambitious, and under estimated MTN's ineffectiveness, and lack of departmental cohesion and cooperation, one department does this the other is completely unaware of what the other department is doing. serious sad state of business affairs at MTN, if I was a shareholder I would seriously be worried.<br> <br> The same cancelled number has been accumulating outstanding premiums, and I have been getting sms asking me to make premium payments to a cancelled number. I dropped off email proof at MTN Benmore branch 2 months ago and asked the lady to send them to MTN to fix the billings issue<br> <br> Why am I being billed for number that is under Cell C? why are you trying to *****?
