Billing

I made payment but still it's reflecting that I haven't paid.and if I call they keep on asking me proof of payment. I gave it to ( Charmaine Matuba and Philisiwe Ndamase and I even sent to *** as for this two bustard ladies (Charmaine and Philisiwe) they are so useless, they promised to help but till today the account still says I'm owing, while I did sent the proof of payment. That why I say they are useless and they ignore my emails when I query /make follow up. Or is this how they work..and I hate lies.
