From the day of the strike my data and prepaid airtime and the contract airtime just disappear without a trace . Called mtn more than three times was told the same stupid reason\ that it was used on internet"I told all those consultant that they talking Bull . I called again for my USSD nothing was done still cant use it. On the 21 July sent a complaint ans received a auto respond with *** that after 5 days will get respond nothing happened and on the 28th july resent the complaints"
