BILLING AND NO INTERNET ACCESS

i have a problem with MTN and no matter how I reach out they will call or resolve my issue or maybe it is because I am a black woman and taken advantage of , I hate companies undermine their clients . I paid for my DATA and to day when I woke up I was told to pay R461. I did pay but still not connected . I am working from home and I don't have access to Internet . Can I PLEASE have my internet connected again
