Billing again over charged
Hi

This refers to the previous query (REQ:***) My bill for May 2015 was three times the usual amount as per query (REQ:***)
And again this month (June 2015) it is again three times its usual amount. I am now - R6000 out of pocket due to two months of over charging from MTN - which now has accrued bank charges. Its putting my bank account in the arrears.
My first query wasn't attended to as promised.
I am now considering cancelling both my contract with MTN if action isn't taken very soon.
Thanks
