Billing account

My wife took a contract with MTN and paid the subscription as stipulated to the contract the last few months left she was told that she is owing R1800 which she paid R400 last month now this month end of November she was told she owes R4000 this is unacceptable as we don't know what is the correct amount due I need this matter resolved and the correct amount so we can pay the outstanding amount
