Billing account
My cellphone bill normally averages between R1100 and R1700 a month for both my lines. In September I got a bill of over R3500 and now October bill is sitting at R4600 after trying to get hold of someone at MTN I finally wrote a email because you can never get thru to the call center. Finally someone gets back to me via email saying sorry as you can see on your bill you are using out of data bundle and have been charge. This is not possible as I load data bundle every month of which some month MTN doesn't land my bundles. Because of debit order I have no choice as the money is just taken out of my account. This is highway *******. I have been with MTN for 15 years. Disgusted
