Hi <br> <br> I came into your store and I requested a top up package, and I am not told that there are not available you offer different packages now, I sign a contract and you are telling me I am liable for your mistake. Please fix the mess that you did on my account. If you cannot take ownership of your mistake, maybe I should get this contract cancelled and go to a more reliable network.
