<p>I first communicated with Mtn retentions dept on the 10th April 2017 requesting an early cancellation estimate, a figure was given which I was not happy with. I sent my calculation to Neo Makoti and asked him how they calculate and came to the figure they gave and to date there's no response. I understand that there might be penalties on early cancellation but according to my calculations I have paid up my contract in advance and whether I terminate or not I should not pay and extra cent till end of contract as I have paid in advance. So far Mtn employees have no idea how their fees are calculated. I need this sorted out by Mtn.</p>
