<p>Good day, i have just recieved an irrelevant response from MTN.</p> <p>"Kindly be advised that if you use the Self service facility it will be charged form your invoice"</p> <p>how does MTN charge self service airtime, i need a corret bill of R370, ive recieved R519 bill and they said i bought airtme using self service, how does that impact mtn, beacause i bought my own airtime. my reference number is ********** </p>

Kindly note that the invoice was investigated and the charges were validated correct, the cellphone user loaded data bundles via the self-help service (USSD code) and this was then billed from the usage limit.
