billing

I received a sms in Dec that my acc will be dt with R264. my normal dt is R189. I queries this in Dec and on 04/01/16 i spoke to a agent that informed me that there is BIS loaded to my acc in Nov . Im using a blackberry Z3 and BIS is FREE on my contract (ref REQ ***). He said that the matter will be resolved. On 07/01/16 I spoke to Zanele (ref ***) she told me that someone from the billing dept will contact me in a few day. She also told me the same story and couldnt give me the name of the agent that loaded BIS. I reversed the dt on my acc as no one up till now contacted me. I received another sms on 19/01/16 regarding my overdue acc of R278.44 and my line will be suspended. I dont wanne deal with *********** people. I considered upgrade but strongly feel to go to another network. I will reverse the dt again if this matter isnt resolved within 3 days and will thake this to higher authority
