I was not advised about the upgrade charge when I did my upgrade and therefore do not expect to be charged for something I wasn't informed of nor did I agree to it.<br> In terms of the law, you have to disclose of applicable charges to the customer prior and not assume that they are aware of your charges.<br> Please refund the excess deducted from my account<br>
