Dear Mtn<br> <br> As per my contract I requested for a top up package, And I think it is the responsibility of the consultant to assist me in getting that, I don't think I should be held responsible for the mistakes of MTN, what I see is MTn does not want to take responsibility of what they have done, The consultant did not communicate the package you referring to. Please assist me in rectifying this problem.

Please be advised that there was no SUL (Subscriber usage limit ) request prior to the 11th May 2015. Therefore, any charges incurred before this date will be liable to the customer.
