BILLING

Billing related, I tried calling mtn directly but can't get through to an agent. I went into one of the access park stores and was advised I am in credit however, continued to make payments only to discover on my bill im still overdue after literally being advised by an mtn agent I am in credit. I feel like I am being legally ****med. I request to speak with an mtn agent but no reply, the only reply I get is an over due email bill. I am dying to speak directly with an mtn agent but they fail to deliver.
