Billing
Hi. My bill payable in this cycle was confirmed last week as R660 odd<br> and I made a payment of R800 on 20 May 2015 from an Absa to an Absa<br> account. Today I have received a threatening sms from stating that my<br> account is overdue and I need to make payment of R138 odd in order to<br> avoid line suspension.I called your 808 call centre it doesnt go<br> throught. Your branches closeby are closed.***.havent you heard of<br> business continuity management? Please sort out your mess.
