I have a contract for mtn 3g , my contract is unlimited for about R300 , last month my account was debited with almost R800 , I have called mtn and was told that there we subscription which i was not aware of and i was told they are cancelled to my surprise this month i have paid about R500 i need to know why . Can someone call me on ********** 622

To my surprise i started getting this abnormal billing when i was told to upgrade my line and i had refuse . If this is not dealt with i will go to the media and also complaints commission.
I have called your customer service and spoke to Mbali Zuke , she had put me on the line for long and hang out the line .
Dont come with your dont care attitude as i will refer this to the ombudsman
