I was overcharged 3 months in a row and I have logged many complaints but still the issue never gets fully resolved. - November 2020 R769,94 instead of R469,00 - December 2020 R4968,00 instead of R299 - January 2021 R1328,57 instead of R299 If I knew that this will get worse I would have not upgraded.
