Billed Way To High Than What Was Agreed on the Contract!!!

This is not ACCEPTABLE!!!! every time i check my bill statement the amount is to high for what? I signed a contract with an agreement that i will be loaded with 20GB Midday and 20GB at Night and i will pay R300 per month. On the month of (April) the first month they loaded 10GB for Midday instant of 20GB Midday but they billed me way too- much than i was suppose to pay, When i query about this issue they told me the are fees that must pay for activating this package.but a was ****** because i payed the full amount of receiving 20GB midday and 20GB Night while i just received 10GB Midday.

I checked my statement again for this month, SAME ISSUE!!!!! My bill statement is way to hire than what we agree upon.

I AM TIRED OF THIS....WHY MUST I KEEP ON PAYING MORE THAN WHAT I SIGNED FOR?????????
