Billed for WIFI that doesn’t have internet connection

Very disappointed with MTN I paid my WIFi on the 4th December but till today it’s not working there’s no internet connection. They told me the tower in my area in not working but they will log a call to have it fixed. Today it’s the 16th December the tower is still not fixed and yet I was billed for something I can’t even use. This is the poorest service I’ve ever had.
