Right so where do i start.
I have been billed over R2000 more on my MTN account for the month of November.
And the only reason i was given that somehow i subscrined to some ***** services and i have been billes by them from August.
The sim is in a WiFi ****el and not even in a phone. So how can i dial and accept these services?
STO0 *****ING MY MONEY!!! AND GIVE IT BAC****
So why am i billed now and not in August? Why is the call center service so bad and can not give me the answers im looking for. I have had it with the excuses. How can MTN deduct more money on an debit order than agreed on.
I want answers and I want them now!!!
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for taking time to raise your concerns with MTN.
Please note that the contend charges date back from August 2017 and this invoice was paid. You also paid the September and the October 2017 Invoice.
Our subscriber terms and conditions do not make specific reference to content charges. MTN enters into contractual relationship with WASP’s (Wireless Application Service Providers), and acts as an “enabler” to the WASP’s by making the network platform available and providing a payment gateway. In addition MTN requires that such WASP’s be members of WASPA in an effort to bring about a self-regulatory measure. MTN does not have relationships with the content providers, they however have direct relationships with the WASP who aggregates such content on their behalf.
For any dispute regarding Wasp content subscription/ deductions, please lodge a complaint directly with Waspa either via www.waspa.org.za or on ***.
