Hello StephSkippers,

Thank you for your post.

We are terribly sorry for the inconveniences that you experienced as a result of this. We completely understand the frustration it causes.

The amount of R1853.00 is a credit limit for the account A***.
The credit limit on your account is determined after your credit history and rating has been evaluated in accordance to the National Credit Act. This determines the maximum amount that a creditor will be allowed to borrow.

Your billing in your account is correct. The data charges are valid. If you are not satisfied with this feedback you may contact 808 from your contract line and request to log a data billing query.

We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

Regards
Thabelo
