Billed for phone not ordered or received!
I made enquiries about a phone upgrade. They created a contract without my permission and charges me for it.I tried the assistant and regional manager to correct the problem with no joy. When I tried another store I found that the contract was created on my behalf and the phone was nowhere to be found.
