Billed for new contract but phone not delivered!

<p>This is getting ridiculous! I upgraded to a new phone 2.5 weeks ago, was told it would be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. It is now 12 working days later and nothing has happened. I have phoned three times, e-mailed twice, Tweeted and Facebooked -- and been told it's being looked into -- but nothing has happened! And now I've got my latest invoice with the new amount on it, but no phone yet! Please can someone do something!!!</p>
