Billed for internet data on a capped account

I renewed my internet contract with MTN at the beginning of March 2015. It was a 2GB uncapped contract but when I went to renew, MTN said they no longer do uncapped contracts, so I signed up for the 5GB CAPPED contract for R269/month. At the end of April, MTN kindly took a debit order of R3000 odd for this contract?? I have been billed the same for April. R2548.39 on packed switch data? No itemised billing available? A CAPPED contract? Went to Eastgate branch to query and all they can do is tell me to wait?<br> I cannot afford R2548.39 to waste on nothing.
