Billed for international calls not made (1)

On 24/01/2015 Mrs H B Bonthuys went to MTN branch Mooirivier mall in Potchefstroom to dispute the international calls on my account.<br> Talked to a lady called Monique (Manager)<br> Mrs Bonthuys asked Monique to deactivate Roaming, outgoing calls and voicemails.<br> <br> On 26/01/2015 Mrs Bonthuys went to MTN Branch Riverwalk because Mooirivier branch was closed due to ******* over that weekend.<br> Mrs Bonthuys talked to Reinardt Swartz to assist because none of the requests were implemented an the amount on her bill was escalating.<br> Again she requested to deactivate roaming , outgoing calls and voicemails. Reinardt confirmed that all of the requests were done and that the simcard will be suspended within the<br> next. 24 hours.<br> <br> During that same week Mrs Bonthuys called MTN 808 (Ellen) because her simcard has not been suspended REF ***<br> Ellen mentioned that there was a number linked to Mrs Bonthuys's account ***<br> This number was originally used and linked to her account when she had a built in cell phone in her Volvo S60 between 2003 - 2006<br> (This simcard of number *** was never cancelled and cut in half , but still in Mrs Bonthuys's safe.) <br> to be contiued
