Billed for goodwell from MTN

This refers to my complaint previously, 2017-09-27. On the 2017-10-05, MTN rep**** that they will "in goodwill" credit my me with a 1gb bundle. Well I guess MTN's version of "goodwill" is billing their customers for it!!! I phoned your help line and logged a call and tried to sent your agents the screen shot from your "goodwill" gesture, but the emails keeps on being undeliverable. My complaint# with MTN ********** 23

Hi Alice, still no response or follow-up from you or Willie as on Monday... I do not expect anything to come of my complaint, I might get charged again because of your goodwill.
