Billed for cancelled services - Supersonic

I sent through a cancellation email - to which I never received a response or call from Supersonic. I called to confirm that the services have been cancelled effective 30 June 2022 which the agent in retentions confirmed - please go listen to the recording.

The reason for cancelling was I was being charged 999 for a 899 package and called many times to rectify which was never actioned by Supersonic. Now that I requested a cancellation I see I am being charged 899, however I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED AT ALL AS THE AGENT CONFIRMED MY SERVICES ARE CANCELLED EFFECTIVE 30 JUNE 2022.

Please rectify urgently.
