Billed for an expired contract
I had a contract with MTN which was expiring on 31st May 2015. On 24 Feb 2015 I contacted MTN telling them I will not be renewing the contract on expiry. In May after they took their last deduction, I still got billed for R103.44. I paid this and sent them proof of payment to Senzene Vuma , but today I got a shock of my life when one of their customer service consulted Nandipa Sihawu sent me an e-mail stating that I still owe R229.68. How is this possible? The contract expired in May and I told them in February that I will not be renewing it. But still I owe them money? MTN stop robbing me and stop sending me statements , I DON\T OWE YOU ANYTHING!!!"
