Billed for a turned new home router due to No coverage in areq

Mtn is ruining my credit record. I cancelled a contract through Mondo because the home router i app**** for was not covering my area. I returned the new router that was never used but I am billed monthly on a router that I DON'T HAVE..Even now i have April 2022 billing statement
