Billed for a second line that I don't have!
When looking at my bank statement, I have noticed that I have 2 debit orders going off my account by MTN.

The one for account number N*** (which I'm aware of) and then a second account number: N*** for an amount of R221.18. Yes, I know it's not a big amount, but when it gets debited every month it becomes a problem.

I have logged this with your customer services team (#***4) on 5 August 2015 and received a very blunt response on 31 August 2015:

*** which expired on 2014-07-26 and currently running on a month to month based contract since you have not upgraded, migrated nor cancelled.
*** which expired on 2013-05-24 and currently running on a month to month based contract since you have not upgraded, migrated nor cancelled.

I am aware of the data line but I have no idea what the other number is for or why I am debited for it.

Please can I have a proper response as soon as possible?!

Thank you,
Diane
