BILLED FOR A CANCELLED CONTRACT

Cancelled my MTN data sim with Zikhona Mayaba and was told that I won’t be able to use the data since I cancelled it and I will be billed for it,even though I am out of contract. I was told a manager will call me last week Friday already and Today is Tuesday and I haven’t received any communication from MTN. The service is really poor. I am so annoyed by your terrible network and SERVICE.Your stuff only prioritise SALES AND NOT SERVICE
